The extension becomes greyed out and when clicked I don’t see the normal options to submit (report name, confidence, etc.). Why is this?
The extension will only work on web pages.
For example, if the tab you have open is a PDF being viewed in the browser, the extension will be greyed out (this type of file should be uploaded via the UI or the API).
